Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies,
  • Identifying and targeting prospective customers, and convert them to enrolled students,
  • Planning and executing effective market activation campaigns,
  • Create a formidable presence in the social media and digital platform,
  • Appropriately positioning the institute and its products in the market,
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule,
  • Developing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the company products and accurately presenting the features and benefits to achieve optimum sales,
  • Advising the management of possible product improvements,
  • Conduct market research to gain better understanding of the market, including but not limited to competitor activities, market trends, new products and customer needs,
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a reputable accredited institution,
  • KCSE grade C- and above,
  • 2 years of successful sales career with a proven track record,
  • Knowledge and experience of digital marketing and social media management
  • Evidence of experience in market activation campaigns an added advantage,
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent selling and communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Confident and strong self-assuredness,
  • Highly motivated and target driven,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
