Job Purpose: To be accountable for the complete Personalisation capability in the country, including insights generation, direct campaigns, conversation portals, and the creation and management of a multi-disciplinary insights and analytics team that partners in the design and delivery of personalized client conversations for Consumer and High Net Worth clients.

Outputs:

  • Develop and maintain statistically robust and accurate campaign models for conversations across markets.
  • Ensure risk management and adherence to all governance standards for the continued sustainability of CHNW Clients, the country, and the segment.
  • Manage and execute personalized campaigns with appropriate analytics and behavioral economics principles.
  • Collaborate with other segments, Client Solutions, Innovation, platform enablers, and Corporate Functions.
  • Conduct experiments on data and tool sets for business requirements, adapting based on feedback.
  • Create in-country champions for effective adoption of insights, triggers, and platforms.
  • Define and implement remedial actions in collaboration with country, other segment heads, and Client Solutions.
  • Define and implement financial outcomes required for Personalisation in line with CHNW Clients’ requirements.
  • Define and lead the implementation of the Personalisation value proposition in the country.
  • Define processes for managing conversation portal demand and ongoing implementation of new conversations.
  • Design and formulate a campaign management process aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop a complete client conversation portal for relevant and meaningful client interactions.
  • Drive satisfactory audits and ensure no repeat unsatisfactory findings.
  • Drive scalability of user experience design based on digital and physical integration points.
  • Drive, track, and report on adoption, providing feedback to relevant domain owners and capabilities.
  • Enable integrated ways of working and collaboration across the value chain.
  • Ensure alignment with People and Culture standards for all employee-related matters.
  • Ensure original and innovative thinking to solve for customer conversations.
  • Ensure campaigns are designed according to Personalisation principles and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Ensure Personalisation capability is built within prudent market risk and conduct parameters.
  • Identify current and potential employee skill requirements.
  • Implement and monitor risk management across Personalisation capability.
  • Lead the implementation of the Personalisation value proposition and related toolbox(es).
  • Lead the implementation of user experience design to guide domain owners.
  • Leverage data and advanced analytics to inform protection/retention strategies.
  • Provide client insights and analytics to support business understanding of the customer.
  • Provide input into financial and non-financial metrics for countries.
  • Provide input into talent strategy developed by People and Culture.
  • Stay abreast of market and competitive developments.
  • Support business decision-making through the provision of customer insights and analytics.
  • Track and monitor client conversation portals in the country.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • First Degree in Mathematical Sciences
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce

Experience Required:

  • 10 – 11 years experience in deep quantitative analytics and modeling environments.
  • Proven track record in customer insights and analytics environment.
  • End-to-end accountability for translating data into insights and actionable customer conversations.
