We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Head of Human Resources. This position plays a pivotal role in leading our HR function and supporting our fintech business in achieving strategic goals. As the ideal candidate, you will be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with our vision, mission, and values. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing various HR operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an HR strategy and plan that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and facilitates growth.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, offering guidance, feedback, and training on HR best practices and standards.
  3. Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to comprehend their needs and challenges, providing effective HR solutions and advice.
  4. Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract, select, and retain high-quality talent.
  5. Establish and maintain a performance management system fostering employee performance, development, and recognition.
  6. Develop and administer competitive, fair, and legally compliant compensation and benefits plans.
  7. Create and deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
  8. Foster a positive and engaging work culture that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, promptly and professionally handling employee grievances and disputes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading HR teams and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Proficient in using various HR software tools and platforms, such as payroll, applicant tracking, performance management, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
