Kivukoni School is recruiting an Operations Director as we continue to expand. Overseeing financial and logistical systems, this post will cut across many aspects of school life to ensure compliance and optimum efficiency in all areas of school logistics, finance, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead system implementation to enhance all operations (non-academic) in the school.
- Work closely with various teams and departments to optimize provisions and services in the school community.
- Develop financial programs and pursue funding and income-generating activities to enhance the quality of education and sustain the inclusive school culture in the long term.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced knowledge and wide experience in Finance, ICT, HR, and cross-functional team building in International schools.
- Committed to making a long-term impact through education.
- Empathetic and engaging with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and creative problem-solving.
